ISZ173N15NM6ATMA1-VB is a compact, high-voltage N-channel MOSFET in a DFN8(3X3) package, with 150V withstand voltage and 25.5A current capability. Using Trench technology, it achieves a low on-resistance of 35mΩ, minimizing conduction losses and controlling heat. Flexible gate drive with a ±20V wide range makes it suitable for various medium-voltage switching and conversion scenarios.
