VBsemi TK31V60W,LVQ-VB is a Single N-channel power field effect transistor using SJ_Multi-EPI (Super Junction Multi-Epitaxial) process, designed for high-voltage power conversion and high-reliability industrial control scenarios. Its DFN8X8 package provides excellent heat dissipation paths and low parasitic parameters in a compact form factor, suitable for high power density power modules and harsh thermal environments. The device has stable voltage withstand capability within a 650V drain-source voltage range, with a wide gate drive voltage range of ±30V, flexibly adapting to various drive schemes, effectively simplifying system design and enhancing robustness.
