Relying on SJ_Multi-EPI super junction multi-epitaxial process, it achieves 160mΩ low on-resistance and excellent switching performance, with low heat generation and low losses, suitable for efficient power conversion systems. The gate drive range is wide up to ±30V, adapting to various control circuits, offering flexible and reliable application.
