MCAC015P06YQ-TP-VB is a compact, high-current P-channel MOSFET in a DFN8(5X6) package, with -60V withstand voltage and -45A current capacity. Leveraging Trench technology, it features a low on-resistance of 14mΩ (at 10V drive), resulting in low heat generation and high efficiency. With flexible gate drive and a wide ±20V range, it is suitable for most low-voltage control scenarios, especially for high-side switch and load management applications.
