Product introduction：

DMP3012SPSWQ-13-VB is a high-current, low on-resistance P-channel MOS transistor in a DFN8(5X6) package, with -30V withstand voltage and -120A current capacity. Enhanced by Trench technology, the on-resistance is as low as 4mΩ (with 10V drive), resulting in low heat generation and high efficiency. The gate drive is flexible, with a ±20V wide range, compatible with most low-voltage control scenarios.
