RQ3N025ATTB1-VB is a Single P-MOS deeply optimized for medium-to-high voltage power switching applications. The Trench technology balances low switching losses with high reliability, and the DFN8(5X6) package achieves an excellent balance between heat dissipation and board space. The combination of -100V voltage rating, -20A current capability, and 75mΩ on-resistance makes it an ideal replacement for traditional DPAK or SOP-8 packaged devices, especially suitable for high-density, high-reliability power system applications.
