VBsemi AUIRFN7107TR-VB is a Single N-channel power field effect transistor using Trench process, designed for high-efficiency power conversion and high-current switching applications. Its DFN8(5X6) package offers excellent heat dissipation and low parasitic parameters, suitable for high-density power modules and industrial control circuits.
