DMT68M8LPSW-13-VB is a high-current, low-loss N-channel power MOSFET, using DFN8(5X6) package, 60V withstand voltage, 80A current carrying capacity. With Trench process, the on-resistance is as low as 6mΩ (10V drive), resulting in low heat generation and high efficiency, suitable for high-power-density applications. The gate drive is flexible, with a ±20V wide range, suitable for various control circuits.
