Product introduction:

DMT6005LPSW-13-VB is a high-current, low-loss N-channel MOSFET in a DFN8(5X6) package, with a 60V withstand voltage and a 100A current-carrying capacity. Thanks to the Trench process, the on-resistance is as low as 3mΩ when driven at 10V, resulting in extremely low heat generation and excellent efficiency. The gate drive is flexible, with a wide range of ±20V, making it suitable for various medium and low-voltage power conversion scenarios.
