NVMFD5C470NLWFET1G-VB is a high-current, low-loss N-channel power MOSFET in a DFN8(5X6) package, with 40V withstand voltage and 60A current carrying capacity. With Trench technology, the on-resistance is as low as 9mΩ at 10V drive and only 11mΩ at 4.5V drive, resulting in low heat generation and high efficiency. ±20V wide gate drive range, adaptable to various low-voltage control and power applications.
