DMTH4007SPSW-13-VB is a high-performance, high-current N-channel MOSFET, packaged in DFN8(5X6), with a 40V withstand voltage and 70A current carrying capacity. With Trench technology, the on-resistance is as low as 4.7mΩ (at 10V drive), resulting in low loss and high efficiency. The gate drive is flexible, with a wide ±20V range, compatible with 4.5V and 10V logic levels, adapting to various power and motor control scenarios.
