MCAC140N04Y-TP-VB is a high-current, ultra-low on-resistance N-channel MOSFET in a DFN8(5X6) package, with 40V withstand voltage and 120A current-carrying capacity. With Trench technology, the on-resistance is as low as 2mΩ at 10V drive, resulting in minimal heat generation and excellent efficiency. A ±20V wide gate drive range makes it suitable for various low-voltage switching and power management scenarios, especially for high-power-density designs.
