The VBsemi RJK0204DPA-WS#J53-VB is a Single N-channel field effect transistor using Trench technology, specifically designed for high-current, medium-to-low voltage power conversion and high power density application scenarios. Its DFN8(5X6) package offers excellent heat dissipation capability and low parasitic parameters, making it suitable for systems with high reliability requirements such as power modules, battery protection, and motor drives.
