TPH2R903PL,L1Q-VB is a high-current, ultra-low on-resistance N-channel MOSFET in DFN8(5X6) package, with 30V withstand voltage and supports 160A continuous current capability. Based on Trench technology, the on-resistance is as low as 1.8mΩ (10V drive), maintaining extremely low loss, low heat generation, and high efficiency in high-current scenarios. The gate drive voltage range is wide up to ±20V, compatible with various low-voltage control circuits, making it an ideal choice for high-performance power conversion applications.
