TPH2R003PL,LQ-VB is a high-current, low-loss N-channel power MOSFET in DFN8(5X6) package, with 30V withstand voltage and 160A huge current capability. With Trench technology, the on-resistance is as low as 1.8mΩ (10V drive), reducing switching and conduction losses, suitable for high-density power conversion and motor drive applications. The gate drive range is wide up to ±20V, compatible with various control circuits, offering flexible and reliable use.
