RJK0380DPA-WS#J53-VB is a high-current, ultra-low on-resistance N-channel MOSFET in DFN8(5X6) package, with 30V withstand voltage and 160A current capability. With Trench technology, the on-resistance is as low as 1.8mΩ at 10V drive and only 2.5mΩ at 4.5V drive, resulting in minimal on-state loss, low heat generation, and high efficiency. The gate drive is flexible with a ±20V wide range, suitable for various low-voltage, high-current control scenarios.
