Product introduction:
MCAC2D4N03YL-TP-VB is a Single N-MOS optimized for low-voltage, high-current power switching scenarios. Using Trench process, it combines extremely low on-resistance with excellent switching performance, and the DFN8(5X6) package achieves a good balance between heat dissipation capability and board area.
