NVMFS5C426NWFAFT1G-TK-VB is a high-current, low-loss N-Channel MOSFET in a DFN8(5X6) package, with 30V withstand voltage and 128A current capability. Leveraging Trench technology, its on-resistance is extremely low—only 1.2mΩ at 10V drive and 1.8mΩ at 4.5V drive—resulting in minimal heat generation and higher efficiency. With a wide gate drive range of ±20V, it is compatible with various low-voltage control circuits and suitable for high power density applications.
