Product introduction：
PSMN7R6-60PS,127-VB is an N-channel power MOSFET designed for high-current, low-loss applications. Housed in a TO220 package, it offers a 60V drain-source voltage rating and a 120A continuous current capability. With Trench technology, the on-resistance is as low as 5mΩ (at 10V gate drive), resulting in low heat generation and high efficiency, making it suitable for high-power switching applications. The gate drive range is wide, with a ±20V gate-source voltage rating for more flexible control.
