PHP191NQ06LT,127-VB is a high-performance, high-current N-channel power MOSFET in a TO220 package, with 60V withstand voltage and 210A current carrying capacity. Using advanced Trench technology, the on-resistance is extremely low, typically only 3mΩ at 10V drive and as low as 9mΩ at 4.5V drive, resulting in low conduction losses and low heat generation, suitable for high-power, high-efficiency applications.
