The 2SK1667-E-VB is a high-voltage, high-current N-channel MOSFET in a TO220 package, with a withstand voltage of 250V and a current-carrying capability of 14A. Enhanced by Trench technology, it features a low on-resistance of 190mΩ (at 10V drive), resulting in low switching losses and excellent thermal performance. The gate drive range is wide, up to ±20V, allowing reliable operation with standard logic levels, making it suitable for various medium-to-high voltage power supplies and motor control applications.
