Product introduction：
PSMN015-110P,127-VB is a high-current, low-on-resistance N-channel power MOSFET, packaged in TO220, with a 100V voltage rating and 100A current capability. With Trench process technology, the on-resistance is as low as 9mΩ at 10V drive, resulting in low heat generation and high efficiency, suitable for high-power switching and conversion scenarios. The gate drive is flexible with a wide range of ±20V, compatible with various control circuits.
