SSM6J422TU,LF-VB is a small-sized, high-current P-channel MOSFET in an SC70-6 package, with -20V withstand voltage and -4A current carrying capacity. Powered by the Trench process, its on-resistance is as low as 34mΩ (4.5V drive), resulting in low heat generation and high efficiency. The gate drive is flexible with a ±20V wide range, adapting to most low-voltage control scenarios, especially suitable for portable devices and battery-powered systems.
