MCH3317-TL-E-VB is a small-sized, high-reliability P-channel MOS transistor in an SC70-3 package, with -20V withstand voltage and -3.1A current capacity. Using Trench technology, it features an on-resistance as low as 80mΩ (at 4.5V drive), low switching loss, and low heat generation, making it suitable for compact power supply and load management scenarios. The drive voltage range is ±12V, and with a low threshold voltage of -0.6V, it offers flexible control, adapting to low-voltage portable devices.
