DMTH63M5LFG-7-VB is a small-size, high-current N-channel MOSFET, packaged in DFN8(3X3), with 60V withstand voltage and 50A current-carrying capability. With SGT technology, it achieves an on-resistance as low as 6.5mΩ (driven at 10V), resulting in low heat generation and high efficiency. The gate drive is flexible, with a wide ±20V range, suitable for various medium and low-voltage control and power conversion scenarios.
