NTTFS4D9N04XMTAG-VB is a high-performance, high-current N-channel power MOSFET in a compact DFN8(3X3) package, with 40V withstand voltage and 60A current carrying capacity. Using advanced SGT technology, the on-resistance is as low as 4.2mΩ (at 10V drive), resulting in low power consumption and minimal heat generation, especially suitable for high-density power conversion scenarios. The gate drive range is wide up to ±20V, with a threshold voltage of 3V, compatible with various drive circuits for more flexible control.
