Product introduction：

DMT4004LPSW-13-VB is a high-current, ultra-low on-resistance N-channel MOSFET in a DFN8(5X6) package, with a 40V withstand voltage and 150A current carrying capacity. With SGT technology, the on-resistance is as low as 1.09mΩ at 10V drive and only 1.5mΩ at 4.5V drive, resulting in extremely low heat generation and excellent efficiency. The gate drive range is wide up to ±20V, making it adaptable to various low-voltage drive circuits, making it an ideal choice for high-power power supplies and motor control.
