Leveraging Trench technology, it achieves an ultra-low on-resistance of 5.5mΩ (at 10V drive), resulting in minimal heat generation and low loss. Its gate drive is flexible, supporting a wide ±20V range, making it adaptable to various low-voltage control scenarios while combining compact size and superior performance.
