VBsemi FDMS8026S-VB is a Single N-channel field-effect transistor using Trench technology, designed for medium to low-voltage high-current power conversion and high-density power management scenarios. Its DFN8(5X6) package offers excellent heat dissipation capability and low parasitic parameters, suitable for high-current, high-reliability PCB layouts. The device provides extremely low on-resistance within a 30V drain-source voltage range, supporting 80A continuous drain current, while the gate drive is compatible with common 4.5V/10V logic levels, facilitating flexible system driving and efficient operation.
