**WSP9926-VB** is a dual N-channel MOSFET in SOP8 package, designed based on Trench technology, with excellent current control capability and high efficiency, suitable for various low-voltage switch control occasions. This model has a maximum drain-source voltage (VDS) of 20V and a maximum gate-source voltage (VGS) of ±12V, suitable for medium and low voltage applications. Its on-resistance (RDS(ON)) is 26mΩ at VGS = 4.5V, and further reduced to 19mΩ at VGS = 10V, and the maximum drain current (ID) is 7.1A.
