W360-VB is a bipolar N+P channel MOSFET in SOP8 package, with a drain-source voltage (VDS) of ±100V and a maximum drain current (ID) of 2.2A (N channel) and -1.9A (P channel). This MOSFET adopts Trench technology, providing high switching performance and low on-resistance. Its on-resistance is 260mΩ (N channel) and 530mΩ (P channel) at VGS=4.5V, and 240mΩ (N channel) and 490mΩ (P channel) at VGS=10V. The threshold voltage (Vth) of W360-VB is ±2V, which allows it to be turned on at a lower gate-source voltage.
