VS7085AT-VB MOSFET Product Introduction

**VS7085AT-VB** is a high-performance single N-type MOSFET in TO220 package, designed for high voltage, high current and high efficiency applications. This MOSFET has a drain-source voltage (VDS) of 60V and a maximum drain current (ID) of 120A.
