TPC8017-H-VB MOSFET Product Introduction

TPC8017-H-VB is a high-performance single N-channel MOSFET in SOP8 package, designed for low voltage, high current switching applications. This MOSFET has a maximum drain-source voltage (VDS) of 30V and a maximum gate-source voltage (VGS) of ±20V, suitable for high-efficiency, high-power density power management and switch control systems. The on-resistance of TPC8017-H-VB is 5mΩ at VGS = 4.5V, and 4mΩ at VGS = 10V, ensuring extremely low power loss and fast switching response.
