T298L-VB is a unipolar N-channel MOSFET in TO220 package, designed for medium voltage and high current applications. This MOSFET has a drain-source voltage (VDS) of 100V and is suitable for power management, power tools, industrial control and other fields. The Vth (gate threshold voltage) of T298L-VB is 2.5V, with excellent conduction performance. When VGS=10V, the on-resistance (RDS(ON)) is 9mΩ, which can effectively reduce conduction losses.
