T298L-VB is a unipolar N-channel MOSFET in TO220 package, designed for medium voltage and high current applications. This MOSFET has a drain-source voltage (VDS) of 100V and is suitable for power management, power tools, industrial control and other fields. The Vth (gate threshold voltage) of T298L-VB is 2.5V, with excellent conduction performance. When VGS=10V, the on-resistance (RDS(ON)) is 9mΩ, which can effectively reduce conduction losses. The maximum drain current (ID) is 100A, which is suitable for carrying large current loads. This MOSFET adopts Trench technology, has low switching losses and good thermal stability, and can provide stable performance under high frequency and high current conditions.
