T270AL-VB is a unipolar N-channel MOSFET in TO220 package, designed for high current and high-efficiency switching applications. Its maximum drain-source voltage (VDS) is 80V, suitable for low to medium voltage power management systems. The Vth (gate threshold voltage) of this MOSFET is 3V, and it has an extremely low on-resistance (RDS(ON) = 3mΩ) at VGS=10V, which can significantly reduce switching losses and improve system efficiency. The maximum drain current (ID) of T270AL-VB is 195A, which can withstand very high current loads and is suitable for applications requiring high current transmission.
