T264L-VB MOSFET Product Introduction

**T264L-VB** is a single N-channel MOSFET in a TO220 package, designed for high power and high-efficiency power supply applications. The device has a drain-source voltage (VDS) of 60V and a maximum drain current (ID) of 270A, making it suitable for applications such as high-efficiency power management, load driving and power tools that require high current and low resistance.
