**T1606L-VB** is a unipolar N-channel MOSFET with TO220 package, which adopts advanced Trench technology to provide excellent conduction performance and low internal resistance characteristics. Its maximum drain-source voltage (VDS) is 60V, it can withstand a gate-source voltage (VGS) of ±20V, and has a threshold voltage (Vth) of 3V. The on-resistance (RDS(ON)) of this MOSFET is 9mΩ at a gate voltage of 4.5V, and the RDS(ON) is reduced to 3mΩ at a gate voltage of 10V, ensuring extremely low power consumption and high efficiency.
