**SSP6N90A-VB** is a single-channel N-type MOSFET with a withstand voltage of 900V. It adopts TO220 package and has excellent switching performance and high withstand voltage capability. Its threshold voltage is 3.5V, and it adopts advanced **Super Junction (Super Junction) Multi-Epi (SJ_Multi-EPI)** technology, which can maintain high efficiency and low switching loss under high voltage environment. The on-resistance of this MOSFET is 1500mΩ@VGS=10V. Although it is relatively high, it still has a good cost-effectiveness for some low-power applications and medium-power processors.
