SSM9510GM-VB is a dual N+P channel MOSFET in SOP8 package. It has a drain-source withstand voltage (Vds) of ±30V and a gate-source voltage (Vgs) of ±20V, suitable for medium and low voltage working environments. Its threshold voltage (Vth) is 1.6V (N channel) and -1.7V (P channel), which enables it to start working under a lower gate drive. The device has an extremely low on-resistance (Rds(on))—18mΩ for the N channel and 40mΩ for the P channel at Vgs=10V, showing excellent switching efficiency.
