SSM4500GM-VB is a bipolar N and P channel MOSFET in SOP8 package, designed for power management, power switching, reverse voltage protection and other applications. It has a wide drain-source voltage (VDS) range of up to ±30V, suitable for various low-voltage power systems. Its gate threshold voltage (Vth) is 1.6V and -1.7V (for N channel and P channel, respectively), enabling efficient switching at lower gate drive voltages. The on-resistance (RDS(ON)) of this MOSFET is 24mΩ (N channel) / 50mΩ (P channel) at VGS = 4.5V, and 18mΩ (N channel) / 40mΩ (P channel) at VGS = 10V, suitable for low power and high efficiency applications.
