SSF4604-VB is a **bipolar N+P-Channel MOSFET**, using **SOP8** package, with **±30V** maximum **drain-source voltage (VDS)**, and **±8A** maximum **drain current (ID)**. This MOSFET has **1.6V (N-Channel) / -1.7V (P-Channel)** turn-on voltage (Vth)**, and **24mΩ (N-Channel)** and **50mΩ (P-Channel)** of **on-resistance (RDS(ON))**, and **18mΩ (N-Channel)** and **40mΩ (P-Channel)** of **lower** at **4.5V** and **10V** gate drive voltage, respectively.
