The SM4370NSKP-VB is a unipolar N-type MOSFET in a DFN8 (5x6mm) package suitable for a variety of high efficiency and high current applications. The device has a drain-source voltage (VDS) of 30V and operates at a gate-source voltage (VGS) of ±20V. The RDS(ON) value of the SM4370NSKP-VB is 9mΩ at a gate voltage of 4.5V and 7mΩ at a gate voltage of 10V, and the drain current (ID) is up to 80A. Using Trench technology, this MOSFET has very low on-resistance and excellent switching performance, suitable for a variety of applications such as power management, load switching, DC-DC converters, etc.
