SI7447ADP-T1-GE3-VB is a single P-channel MOSFET in DFN8 (5X6) package, designed for low voltage and high current applications. Its maximum drain-source voltage (VDS) is -30V, it can withstand a leakage current of up to 120A, and has an extremely low on-resistance of 6mΩ (VGS=4.5V) and 4mΩ (VGS=10V). This product uses Trench technology to provide excellent switching performance and thermal management characteristics.
