**SDM4532-VB** is a bipolar N/P-type MOSFET in SOP8 package with a drain-source voltage (VDS) of ±30V, which is very suitable for low-voltage power switching and signal processing applications. At a gate voltage of 4.5V, the on-resistance of N-type MOSFET is 24mΩ, and the on-resistance of P-type MOSFET is 50mΩ, providing high-efficiency current transmission and low power consumption.
