RUH4020H-VB is a unipolar N-channel MOSFET in SOP8 package with 40V drain-source voltage (VDS) and 18A maximum drain current (ID). This MOSFET has very low on-resistance, 6mΩ at VGS=4.5V and 4mΩ at VGS=10V, and has excellent low conduction loss and high efficiency, suitable for miniaturized, efficient power management and power conversion applications. Its Trench technology gives it better switching performance and high current carrying capacity, suitable for a wide range of consumer and automotive electronics applications.
