RU7085R-VB is a high-efficiency single N-channel MOSFET in TO220 package, designed for high voltage and high current applications. With a maximum drain-source voltage of 80V, it can support a drain current of up to 100A, suitable for a variety of power electronics and switching applications. With its extremely low on-resistance, RDS(ON) is 9mΩ at VGS=4.5V and 7mΩ at VGS=10V, RU7085R-VB can achieve excellent energy efficiency and reduce power losses.
