P8003CYG-VB is a small single N-channel MOSFET in SC70-3 package with a designed drain-source voltage (VDS) of 20V and a maximum leakage current capability of 4A. Based on Trench technology, the device has excellent conduction performance, with on-resistance (RDS(ON)) of 48mΩ (@VGS=2.5V), 40mΩ (@VGS=4.5V) and 36mΩ (@VGS=10V) at different gate-source voltages (VGS).
