P45N03LTG-VB Product Introduction

P45N03LTG-VB is a high-efficiency N-channel MOSFET in TO220 package, designed for high-performance power management and switching applications. The maximum drain-source voltage (VDS) of this MOSFET is 30V, and it has excellent on-resistance (RDS(ON)), which is 9mΩ at VGS=4.5V and 6mΩ at VGS=10V.
