NCE4801-VB Product Introduction
NCE4801-VB is a high-efficiency single P-channel MOSFET in SOP8 package, designed for low-voltage and high-current applications. The device has a drain-source voltage (V_DS) of -30V, a gate-source voltage (V_GS) of ±20V, and a threshold voltage (V_th) of -1.7V. At V_GS of 4.5V, the on-resistance (R_DS(ON)) is 56mΩ, and drops to 33mΩ at V_GS of 10V. This allows NCE4801-VB to support leakage currents up to -5.8A, and uses Trench technology with excellent switching performance and low power consumption, making it ideal for applications such as power management and load switching.
