N7784-VB Product Introduction

The N7784-VB is a single N-channel MOSFET packaged in DFN8 (3x3mm) and designed for high-efficiency applications. It has a maximum drain-source voltage (VDS) of 30V and a low on-resistance (RDS(ON)) of 5mΩ at VGS of 4.5V and 3.9mΩ at VGS of 10V.
